Fat and Our Health
Pure ghee, butter, vegetable ghee, rapeseed oil, groundnut oil are
all called fat in general. One gram fat generates one-calorie energy in
the body. It has the knack to increase the taste of any food item. Not
only that the absorption of vitamin A, D,E and K in the intestines takes
place when the absorption of fat is reduced. Inside the body the fat
protects the heart, kidneys and intestines. The fat beneath the skin
gives warmth to the body.

Self-Realization Through Yoga
Yoga means ‘to join’. Joining of soul with supreme soul or God. The soul cannot be different from the supreme soul. it is his part and form. How can the part be different. Actually he is not different or separate from him but he feels he is different or separate. The man thought himself to be different by looking at the external features. After taking the different forms of 84 lakh births, he has taken the present form and limited himself. However he crosses his limits at times and his mind is full of pride. He is surrounded by the ego and forgets his actual form and he thinks he is different or separate from the soul. He has forgotten that he is something more than his body.

Non-vegetarian Food: Healthy or Unhealthy?
According to one finding, in India alone around 33 crores of birds
and animals are killed every year and 50 lakh ton of flesh trade is
carried on. This is enough to show that innumerable birds and animals
are killed every year throughout the world. The question that arises is
that, is it not possible for the human being to live healthy without
eating non-vegetarian food? Is there no other food item left in this
world, from which the human being can obtain all the required nutritious
items? The fact is that the human being can get the less expensive,
nutritious, disease curing and healthy food from vegetarian food without
killing any living creature.
